As Senior Category Manager for Bedding UK/EU, you drive regional merchandising and product execution to scale Quince’s bedding assortment. You’ll partner with US Product Merchandising and regional peers to shape regional strategy, launches, and assortment decisions that balance inventory, pricing, and quality. You will work cross-functionally to deliver strong customer experiences and improve trading performance across the region. This role offers impact across international markets, shaping product opportunities and the regional go-to-market. You will join a fast-paced, data-driven culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and rapid iteration.

• Lead end-to-end merchandising for Bedding across UK/EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking
• Execute regional merchandising strategy with cross-border partners
• Contribute to product ideation and business case development for new opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Planning, Marketing, Sourcing, and Design to deliver launches with balanced inventory and quality
• Analyse sales, margins, and returns to drive action plans and improve results
• Support region-specific pricing and assortment decisions
• Own product catalogue management, data accuracy, and system maintenance
• Develop site merchandising strategy and PDP improvements roadmap
• Monitor ratings,



reviews, and returns to identify quality improvements
• Manage regional product samples and merchandising assets
• Maintain merchandising reports, trackers, and pricing files
• Evaluate regional product compliance with Sourcing and Quality teams

Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years of retail buying or category experience in Home Textiles / Bedding
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience, startup and blue-chip exposure preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Strong product awareness with commercial mindset and attention to detail
• Product-obsessed, with data-driven decision-making using external sources
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and balance science/art of merchandising
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform trading decisions
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing
• Excellent written/verbal communication and influencing skills
• Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adaptability
