Position: HR Payroll and SupportEmployment type: Full-timeDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt assistanceEnsure all contract-related matters are organizedSupport new employees during their onboarding processAssist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registrationReview and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permitsContinuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR complianceServe as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payrollIdentify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiencyREQUIREMENTS:Native/fluency in Dutch, written and verbal,
