About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Officer to support individuals in their recovery and reintegration journey in Queenstown.

This role is vital in assessing client needs, developing tailored rehabilitation plans, and providing guidance and resources to help individuals overcome challenges related to injury, illness, or social disadvantage.

You will work closely with clients and their support networks, fostering independence and improving their quality of life through personalized interventions.

Key Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, psychological, and social needs related to rehabilitation. * Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. * Provide counseling, support, and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation process. * Coordinate access to necessary services, resources, and community support programs.



* Monitor client progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and adjust plans as needed. * Educate clients and their families on self-management strategies and adaptive techniques.

Requirements * Relevant degree or diploma in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related health or social science field. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in rehabilitation services, case management, or client support. * Knowledge of rehabilitation principles, disability services, and community resources. * Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills. * Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
