The Caribbean and Indian Ocean Department is currently looking for an HR Intern – French Speaker, based at our Gestagua office in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy).
Coordinate with headquarters on HR projects and initiatives.
Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.




Prepare job descriptions and support recruitment activities.
Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or professional school is mandatory.
Ideally, previous experience as an HR intern.
Fluency in both English and French. Spanish is appreciated.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Availability to start in January 2027.
