To increase the recruitment team’s delivery we are adding a sourcer to work with each recruiter on gaming and technical roles. /pp We are seeking a highly effective strong Contract Recruitment Sourcer /strong to support our talent acquisition efforts across European and CIS markets. This role is focused on research and sourcing, using tools such as Linked In Recruiter, online databases, and sourcing automation platforms. You will identify and deliver qualified candidate profiles directly to the recruitment team. /pp This is a remote contract position with clear performance expectations and a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and talent-market understanding. /ph3 Key Responsibilities /h3ulli Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS /lili Develop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each role. /lili Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles. /lili Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters. /lili Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions. /lili Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role requirements. /lili Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges,
