The household comprises twoadult principals and their 6-year-old child, and is set within a beautifulcountryside property surrounded by woodland. The family values positive vibes,independence, and a candidate eager to grow to a higher position over time. Theproperty consists of a three-floor, four-bedroom main house set on a largeterritory, with plans to expand by building additional cottages. This is aunique opportunity to join a forward-thinking household at an exciting stage ofdevelopment in one of Ibiza’s most picturesque rural locations.

Working as alive-in Housekeeper in this countryside residence requires a highly organisedand independent professional who is confident managing a varied workload. Asthe home is located in a rural area, a Spanish or international driving licenceis essential, and all errands and shopping will be conducted by car. The roleincludes general and deep cleaning across three floors, laundry, changing bedlinen, wardrobe management, dog care, running errands, shopping, basic cooking,preparing breakfasts for the child, and occasional babysitting. The Housekeeperwill also manage a local handyman residing in a separate cottage on theterritory and liaise with contractors and maintenance professionals asrequired. The principals actively support professional development and offerpotential career progression within the household and their hospitalitybusiness. The position offers formal employment with full holiday entitlement.Initially,



accommodation will be a private en-suite bedroom within the mainhouse, with the future possibility of a separate cottage on the territory asthe property expands.

This is apermanent, full-time live-in role suited to a positive, capable, and hands-on Russian and Spanish speaking Housekeeper who enjoys working in a dynamic yet informal family environment.The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high householdstandards while contributing to the smooth daily running of the home. - Daily and deep cleaning to maintain high standards throughout the proper
- Laundry, ironing, and medium-level wardrobe management
- Changing bed linen and maintaining organised living spaces
- Preparing breakfasts for the child and providing basic family cooking
- Running errands and completing food and household shopping by car
- Managing and coordinating with the on-site handyman
- Liaising with contractors and maintenance professionals
- Pet care for a dog
- Occasional babysitting
- Supporting the overall smooth running and organisation of the household
- Minimum of 5 years of privatehousekeeping experience
- Two excellent, checkablereferences
- Basic proficiency in Spanishand conversational Russian
