Management & Leadership Support Trainee – Internship (Madrid)
We are looking for a motivated Trainee to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will work directly with management, support cross-functional projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and gain valuable exposure to leadership, business operations, project coordination and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support Senior Manager with management-related topics, projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with different stakeholders to collect information, inputs and follow-ups.
Prepare presentations, reports, summaries and other management materials.
Track open actions, deadlines and deliverables and proactively follow up with owners.
Support the preparation and organisation of meetings, workshops and management activities.
Research topics and prepare concise information or summaries when needed.
Help coordinate projects and take ownership of smaller tasks or workstreams.




Identify opportunities to simplify processes and use digital and AI tools more efficiently.

Proactive, organised and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable reaching out to different stakeholders and following up independently.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Structured and detail-oriented, while able to understand the bigger picture.
Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Interested in business, management, projects and digital/AI tools.
Very good level of English and Spanish; German is a plus.
Internship Conditions & Benefits
Duration: 1 year
Holidays: 30 days + Easter Monday + Christmas Eve
Hybrid model: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite (San Sebastián de los Reyes)
Working hours: 35 hours per week (7 per day)
