This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and technology and enjoy assisting customers in navigating their streaming experiences.Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients regarding their online streaming accounts through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, content availability, and technical issues. Effectively resolve complaints and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues. Collaborate with technical teams to quickly resolve complex problems that customers may encounter. Stay informed about the latest trends in streaming and new content releases to provide informed recommendations.
Gather customer feedback to help improve the service and address areas for enhancement. Requirements Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in handling customer support software and standard office applications. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to resolving issues and assisting clients. Willingness to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
