Experteer Overview As a Financial Accountant, you help deliver accurate accounting, reporting and statutory compliance for a multinational environment in Barcelona.

You work closely with the Finance team and cross-border stakeholders to support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes and deliver insightful management reporting.

You liaise with auditors, tax advisers and Swiss authorities to ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP and US GAAP, aligning with internal policies.

You partner with Accounts Payable and Travel u0026amp; Expense teams and look for opportunities to streamline financial processes.

This role offers exposure to cross-border finance operations within a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Responsabilidades• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or related discipline• 4–10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in a multinational environment• Hands-on experience with Swiss legal entity requirements (statutory reporting, audit, tax, VAT)• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Swiss GAAP• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills• Experience in multinational or European finance environment• Familiarity with Swiss Local GAAP adjustments and Swiss VAT requirements• Basic understanding of Swiss corporate and wage taxation• Advanced Excel skills and experience with People
