Experteer Overview In this role you will define and evolve the SAM governance framework to control software cost, risk, compliance and value.

You will partner with multiple functions to embed SAM considerations into decision processes and drive data-driven insights.

You will manage governance data quality, KPIs and reporting, while advancing automation and AI-driven improvements.

This position sits in Zurich's Technology Delivery Center and supports global business units with software asset governance at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Define and evolve the SAM governance framework, including policies, standards, processes, ownership and controls• Establish governance mechanisms for software cost, risk, compliance and value• Provide strategic SAM advice for software investments, renewals, contracts and vendor relationships• Own the SAM governance data framework ensuring data quality and transparency for decision making• Define and monitor SAM KPIs, dashboards and management information for stakeholders• Drive improvements of SAM data sources, processes and automation• Challenge software consumption and renewal decisions to maximize value• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, Architecture and Business Units• Lead improvements in SAM processes, data quality,



automation and reporting using technology and AI• Define and lead the SAM communication strategy for stakeholders

Responsabilidades• 6+ years of SAM experience in large, complex enterprise IT environments• Strong knowledge of software licensing terms and optimization opportunities with hands-on license position calculations for at least one Tier 1 or Tier 2 vendor• Experience with SAM tools (ideally Flexera One) and advanced Excel; proven cost optimization and compliance improvements• Experience managing SAM data quality, dashboards and reporting; practical AI and automation adoption in SAM• Experience developing or implementing governance frameworks, policies and KPIs• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security, Architecture and Business Units• Strong financial acumen including software cost impact, Pu0026L calculations and accruals• Fluent English; strong communication and negotiation skills
