Experteer Overview As part of the General HR team for the Overland Transport Division, you will shape and lead talent acquisition strategies across a large, multinational division.

You will manage international and senior leadership hiring, implement standardized TA processes, and act as the divisional liaison for recruiting systems.

You’ll drive data-driven improvements, strengthen employer branding, and bring innovative TA practices across Europe.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Shape and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy across the Division• Lead recruitment for international roles and local top management across European locations• Develop and standardize TA processes, tools and best practices; train HR and hiring managers• Represent the Divisional HRIS Recruiting module; oversee recruitment tools, referral solutions, assessment platforms and job boards• Define,



monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs; translate insights into improvements• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across groups• Stay ahead of TA trends and introduce market practices and technologies across countries and cultures

Responsabilidades• Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related social science• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment including senior management and leadership hiring• In-depth knowledge of assessment and selection methodologies (structured interviews, assessment centers, psychometric assessments)• Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and matrix environments; stakeholder influence at all levels• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills; hands-on and collaborative approach• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
