Description

We are looking for a Fashion Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Barcelona and support customers in the English and Spanish markets.

Your main responsibilities will include:- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.- Managing orders, changes and returns.- Providing excellent customer service through different communication channels.- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions.

Requisitos

Fluent English and Spanish essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.





Good PC and systems knowledge.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
