Experteer Overview As Transformation Manager for ABB Robotics, you will orchestrate the integral transformation portfolio and translate strategic priorities into a concrete roadmap.

You’ll actively drive execution, manage risks, and ensure value realization across Business Lines and Functions.

This role goes beyond a traditional PMO by demanding proactive delivery acceleration and cross-functional alignment.

You’ll work with senior leadership in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment and help shape the robotics business’ transformation journey.

Responsabilidades• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, enterprise program leadership, or related roles in a complex global organization• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business impact• Strong understanding of transformation value realization and linking initiatives to financial/operational outcomes• Experience working with senior executives and influencing decisions without direct authority• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with ability to translate complexity into priorities• Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in fast-paced environments
