As our Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the execution phase of projects and ensure that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan.You will be the key person connecting engineering, construction teams, subcontractors and project management.What to expect in this role?You make sure that a project is not only built – but built correctly.Your focus will be on:Site supervision during project executionProject Management of the Spanish project teamMonitoring construction progress and qualityCoordinating contractors, suppliers and internal teamsEnsuring compliance with HSE regulations and site safety standardsConducting site inspections, safety walks and toolbox talksIdentifying risks and initiating corrective actionsSupporting commissioning and handover activitiesReporting progress, issues and HSE topics to project managementWhat you should bringMust-haveExperience as Site Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager or similar rolesStrong HSE background including relevant HSE certifications or safety trainingExperience in industrial plants,
