Pricing increase campaignCommercial agents, commission report and trackingCoordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departmentsFollow-up customer projects, request customer samples and quotationsFragrance codes release requestSupport Key Account ManagersSupport the Key account manager in their day to day requestsQuotation new fragrances with our pricing calculatorLease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.Manage and follow customer requests.Register and follow up of customer non-conformitiesWins follow-up drive registrationOlfactive pyramids generationUse library tool to select fragrancesMarketing materials and promo-kits preparation.Customer Service or support role is preferred.Expert in customer interaction and engagementEager to collaborate in cross functional projects related to systems optimization.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including MS Outlook and other applicationsPrevious experience working with order management system, preferred SAP solution preferredAbility to learn and adapt quicklyWhat you need to shine in this role3 years of previous experience in customer service (Preferably coming from the industrial and production sector)Advanced level of EnglishSpanish: desirableResults oriented, able to work autonomously.Customer focused, problem solving and negotiation skillsWhat do we offer you at Eurofragance?Much more than just a job!
