In this position, your primary focus is on client acquisition and long-term relationship management across the maritime sector.

Your core tasks will include:

- Identifying, acquiring, and retaining both national and international clients for specialized boat refit and maintenance projects.

- Representing the company professionally at industry events, boat shows, and nautical gatherings.

- Advising clients on maintenance and refit services tailored to their specific vessel requirements.

- Managing commercial inquiries and following up on client proposals to ensure high customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you bring a strong commercial drive along with solid familiarity with the marine world. You should meet the following requirements:

- Proven professional experience in sales and commercial client acquisition.

- Sound knowledge of vessels, boats, and the nautical field.

- Very high, fluent level of English to communicate effortlessly with international yacht owners and industry contacts.

- Possession of a valid Category B driving licence, a motorcycle licence, and your own vehicle for local mobility.

- A recreational boating licence (PER - Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) or higher nautical qualification is considered a valuable advantage.

This position offers a solid and reliable framework to grow your sales career on the island:

- A permanent, indefinite employment contract (contrato fijo) from day one.

- A standard full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, allowing for a balanced routine.
