Microsoft Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365) including licensing, data governance and security considerationsDefine and monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategyEnsure outsourced services align with enterprise architecture standardsEstablish architecture standards, reference designs and governance guidelines for device management, application deployment (e.G. Autopilot) and Zero Trust/Conditional Access policiesEstablish governance guidelines for responsible AI use within the Modern Workplace domain, in coordination with security and compliance stakeholdersEvaluate and select new tools and technologies to improve employee experience, security posture and operational efficiencyEvaluate emerging AI capabilities in endpoint and device management (e.G. AI-assisted troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection) and assess their fit for the organizationCollaborate with security, infrastructure and service management teams to ensure alignment across the broader IT architectureSupport and guide technical teams during implementation, acting as a design authority and escalation point for architectural decisionsCreate and maintain architecture documentation (solution designs, technical standards,
