They support the development and maturation of our technologies, strengthen our industrial and research ecosystem, and enable us to deliver ambitious projects with leading partners.AsSenior Public Funding & BidManager, you will play a critical role in aligning Kreios Space’s technology roadmap withwell-structured, high-impact strategic initiatives and competitive project proposals .Working alongside the Head of Strategic Projects, you will coordinate the full lifecycle of Kreios Space’s participation in relevant European, national and institutional programmes: monitoring the external landscape, assessing strategic opportunities, shaping project concepts, coordinating proposals and supporting the effective delivery and reporting of awarded projects.What you will doLeadpublic funding proposals end-to-end, from opportunity assessment and project structuring to submission and negotiation.Build compelling proposals that translate Kreios Space’s technology roadmap intostrong, credible and impactful projects .Define and optimiseproject budgets, eligible costs, funding rates, resources, subcontracting and co-funding, working closely with Finance.Coordinate all required inputs from engineering, Finance, partners and other stakeholders while keeping the internal workload focused and efficient.Take ownership ofawarded projects, including amendments, reporting,



financial and technical justification, audits and interactions with funding authorities.Manage several funding opportunities and projects simultaneously, identifying risks early and ensuring that projects remain compliant, well documented and successfully delivered.Support the Head of Public Funding in evaluating opportunities and continuously improving the company’s project pipeline and approach.Your profile5+ years of experience in public R&D funding, grants or innovation funding, ideally within an R&D consultancy or technology company.Proven experienceleading complex funding proposals and awarded projects independently from beginning to end .Strong knowledge of European and Spanish funding programmes, ideally includingESA, European Commission and CDTIor equivalent institutions.Strong financial understanding of funded projects, includingbudgeting, eligible costs, funding rates, financial justification and audits .Ability to understand complex technical projects and turn them intoclear, competitive and financially robust proposals .Highly autonomous, organised and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and funding processes simultaneously.Professional proficiency inEnglish and Spanish .Nice to haveExperience working withdeep-tech, aerospace, space, defence or other technology-intensive R&D projects .Previous experience managingEuropean collaborative projects or international consortia .Technical or engineering background.#J-18808-Ljbffr
