It delivers IT solutions that drive the group's digitalization, including infrastructure, applications, platforms, networks, security, workplace services, and digital interaction solutions.- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions; - Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams; - Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and testers in agile cross-functional teams; - Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN, or similar notations; - Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders and ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle; - Support the development team during implementation and clarify requirements during sprints; - Contribute to test case definition and user acceptance testing.- Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques, including elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation; - Practical experience in agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban,
