Now, the company is executing its international expansion strategy across Europe. Instead of just setting up a local sales office, it is replicating its entire operational ecosystem from scratch in Spain, complete with a 2,000-3,000 m² warehouse, local customer service, e-commerce, and logistics infrastructure.AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?Drive market development and sales growth through online channels, marketplaces, and local product placementCoordinate local commercial activities, promotions, and product portfolio strategies adapted to the Spanish marketWork closely with German headquarters to adapt operational, inventory, and e-commerce workflowsAct as the primary local touchpoint for customer support and operational coordination during the market setupOversee warehouse and logistics setup processes in the Barcelona area alongside central operationsCollaborate across departments (sourcing, marketing,
