Your missionWe are looking for an experienced, hands-onHR Business Partner South West Europe (w/m/d) to lead the People agenda across Spain, Italy, France, Belgium and Portugal.As the primary People partner for regional managers and leaders, you combine strategic business partnering with pragmatic operational support.Working with central People teams and local stakeholders, you align business needs, Group standards and local requirements.Your responsibilitiesHR Business Partnering & Organisational DevelopmentTranslate business priorities into people initiatives and advise leaders on organisation, workforce planning and change.Coach managers on leadership, performance and people management.Identify people risks, capability gaps and development needs, and contribute to the European People strategy.Employee Relations, Labour Law & ComplianceAdvise managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and termination matters across Spain, Italy, France, Belgium and Portugal.Manage complex cases and ensure consistent, compliant application of local employment law and Group policies.Monitor legal developments, support audits and coordinate local legal or HR experts where required.Talent, Compensation & RecruitmentDrive performance, talent, succession and retention initiatives with regional managers.Support grading and compensation processes and provide regional market input.Partner on workforce planning and recruitment priorities,
