You will work closely with the Fund controlling team in Luxembourg.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESFund Accounting & Financial Reporting:Assist in NAV calculations and reconciliation of fund accountsMonitor fund cash flows, capital calls,



and distributionsPortfolio Monitoring Support:Portfolio companies data collection and maintaining data in the portfolio monitoring toolTrack financial performance of portfolio companies and reconcile reported figuresAssist in maintaining fund-level and asset-level financial dataInvestor Reporting:Support responses to investor queries and ad-hoc information requestsAudit & Compliance:Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requestsEnsure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirementsProcess Improvement & Systems:Maintain and improve financial templates and reporting toolsSupport data integrity across fund finance systemsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; Up to five years of relevant professional experience; applications from motivated graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
