We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Congress Unit in Barcelona, focusing on the management of international housing congresses across Europe.In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, from initial client request through execution and financial closure. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across Europe to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.You will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating operational activities, and supporting business growth within the congress housing segment.ResponsibilitiesManaging housing congress projects from acquisition to deliveryActing as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleCoordinating operational aspects of congress executionSelecting and negotiating with suppliers and partnersCollaborating with international congress teams across EuropeSupporting business development and sales initiativesEnsuring accurate financial management, invoicing, and reportingMaintaining strong relationships with convention bureaus and congress centersQualificationsDegree or relevant education in Tourism, Events, or Congress ManagementProven experience in congress, events, or PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) environmentsStrong knowledge of the congress and association industryHands‑on experience with EventsAir (mandatory or highly valued)Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially ExcelExperience working with front-office or back-office systemsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environmentExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English (mandatory) and at least one additional European language#J-18808-Ljbffr
