A well-established integral brokerage and financial markets firm is looking to add an experienced FX Dealer to its growing team in Spain.This role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own client portfolio within a supportive and performance-driven environment. You will have direct client interaction and the autonomy to develop revenue streams, supported by strong infrastructure, market access and internal operational support.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious dealer who wants ownership of their book and the ability to scale earnings through performance.The RoleAs an FX Dealer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through client engagement, deal execution and relationship development.Responsibilities will include:Developing and growing your own portfolio of corporate and institutional clientsExecuting FX transactions across spot, forwards and options marketsSupporting the sales team in client meetings and solution deliveryMaintaining strong awareness of regulatory requirements and market developmentsProducing performance updates and maintaining accurate client reportingWorking closely with operations,
