You'll work hand in hand with the CEO and COO (who builds business logic hands-on with AI tools) and keep ALOHAS at the frontier of an AI-native way of operating.YOUR CHALLENGESet the technical vision & architecture.Own a clean, modular architecture for a multi-entity, cross-border business (EU/UK/US). Make the calls on build vs. buy vs. partner, and keep complexity low.Go deep on AI-native.Own the AI agent strategy and orchestration (LLMs, MCP, tool integrations). Turn experiments into production systems that move real business metrics — not demos.Own the platform that runs the business.Shopify (e-commerce, retail, marketplace), the B2B/wholesale stack, and their integration with Odoo ERP, data and logistics — a genuinely omnichannel, event-driven system.Make data a strategic asset.A reliable,
