This role answers two questions for leadership on a continuous basis: are the things we planned on track, and is what we are shipping actually working?Tareas Portfolio initiative trackingMaintain a single, current view of every product initiative across the portfolio: owner, hypothesis, status, expected impact Surface stalls, dependencies, and blockers before they become delays Run the review cadence with product leadershipExperiment validationIndependently assess whether experiment results support the conclusions drawn from them Check sample size, duration against metric lag, variable isolation, stopping rules, and metric selection Challenge weak reads directly with the owning PM Maintain the standard for what counts as a valid resultAnalysis and recommendationIdentify patterns across the portfolio: what is working repeatedly, what is failing repeatedly,
