accountability, and continuous improvement across R&D; Support change management initiatives linked to transformation programs (e.G., ACE, Rejuvenate); Build capabilities within teams in operational excellence methodologies.QUALIFICATION PROFILE:Education & LanguagesAdvanced scientific degree in life science. Biotechnology is a plus; Lean six sigma black belt (mandatory); Project Management certification (a strong asset); Hands on experience withcompliance and quality systems.
