About the opportunityWe are seeking a Project Manager to join the Change Management and Control team in Madrid. Our team sits within General Operations Services (GOS) and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and programs across N26 Operations while working alongside stakeholders across the entire organisation (Legal, Business Operations, Product and Growth). In particular, working in change management and project management for the Operations department.In your next challenge, you will:Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to address company management and strategic topics, such as roadmap development and business case formulationTake responsibility for preparing, supporting, and proactively challenging organizational changes originating from other parts of the business, particularly Product and Business Function stakeholders, that impact operational departmentsLead the initiation, planning, and execution of specific projects in accordance with the Change Management & Control team’s framework, ensuring they are completed on time and that both pre- and post-launch requirements are raised and met within the defined scopeManage projects end-to-end, from initial strategic design through delivery execution, with a focus on continuous improvement and ongoing management, including identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and procedures within OperationsMaintain and improve written documentation for the team, ensuring accuracy and clarityContribute to the delivery and tracking of team OKRs to support overall performance and alignment with business goalsFully leverage and further develop critical business skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communication, stakeholder management,
