In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Business Controller, supporting the region’s financial performance through analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cost management. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your FP&A expertise in a dynamic international environment, helping business leaders make informed decisions through accurate insights, reliable reporting, and disciplined financial planning.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse regional financial data, including P&L and sales performance, tracking results against targetsSupport cost control activities across multiple countries, ensuring accurate expense management and allocationsAssist with Net Working Capital reporting, including monitoring Accounts Receivable and key metrics such as DSOPrepare clear, accurate, and timely management reports, highlighting insights and improvement opportunitiesSupport the monthly forecasting process through data consolidation and analysis across the region.Identify trends in financial and sales data to support planning and decision‑makingWhat we need to see from youA bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics,



or a related fieldInitial experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or similar roles (including internships or graduate experience)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.G.
