Working closely with business stakeholders, production planning teams, and senior management, you will help transform data into actionable insights, ensure planning activities run smoothly, and contribute to the alignment of demand, supply, and business objectives across the organization.Responsibilities Contribution to the monthly S&OP cycle Responsibility for the timely planning and preparation of all S&OP meetingsEnsuring data availability and data qualityTracking decisions and actionsDemand Planning Consolidation and validation of sales forecasts from SalesExecution of deviation analyses at segment/product levelContinuous monitoring of short-term demand changesIntegration of new product introductions and phase-outsClose coordination with Sales to adjust planning figures at short noticeSupply Planning Alignment of demand requirements with production planning in the plantsIdentification of bottlenecks and development of recommended actionsKPI-driven Performance Management Development, monitoring and continuous improvement of relevant KPIsDevelopment and further enhancement of standardized dashboards,



including maintenance of existing dashboardsFast problem solving in day-to-day operations First point of contact for plants and sales units in case of urgent planning issuesProcess discipline and standardization Ensuring compliance with defined planning processes and standardsContinuous improvement of operational processes and standardization of best practicesDaily use of tools and systems Ensuring correct master data and planning parametersIdentification of improvement potential within the S&OP process and beyondFurther development of statistical forecast models using AI and machine learningCollaboration and operational alignment Ensuring a consistent flow of information between all departments involved in the S&OP process, including plants, sales units, Finance, Product Program,Purchasing, etc.Requirements Several years of experience in S&OP, supply chain management or controlling.Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).Sound knowledge of planning processes and data analysis.Very good communication and facilitation skills.Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.Confident use of MS Office.Soft skills Confidence to work with senior stakeholders and board-level management.Proactive ownership and ability to work independently.Strong communication and collaboration in an international environment.Nice to have Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or comparable reporting toolsKnowledge of statistical forecasting methods or AI/ML-supported planning approachesExperience in process optimization and cross-functional project workEducation & Certificates University degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field.What do we offer?
