ResponsibilitiesManage worldwide P&L for HPAM with end to end responsibilities.Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives (Supply Chain, OPEX or Warranty).Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development,
