local regulations, and Accenture policiesFoster collaboration across the External Talent community through knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, and community leadershipJob QualificationsDemonstrable experience in Procurement, Workforce Strategy, Talent Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Staffing, Recruiting, or a related strategic functionExperience operating in a global or regional matrix organizationDemonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and strategic programsProcurement and supplier management experienceWorkforce strategy and talent supply chain management experienceExperience with strategic sourcing and RFP managementStrong data analytics and reporting skillsVendor performance management and commercial negotiation experienceExperience in process improvement and transformationAdvanced stakeholder management, relationship-building, influencing, and communication skillsStrong project and program management, problem-solving, analytical, market intelligence, and trend analysis skillsAbility to lead through collaboration without direct authority, navigate ambiguity, and drive changeCommunity leadership and knowledge-sharing mindsetBonus points forExperience within Professional Services, Consulting, Technology, or Managed Services environmentsExperience working across multiple EMEA countriesKnowledge of external workforce models including contingent labor, contractors, freelancers, Services-Statement of Work (SoW), and managed servicesExperience with procurement technologies, talent tech (Beeline, Workday etc...), sourcing platforms, e-sourcing#J-18808-Ljbffr
