motivate and build respectful working relationships; Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets managing complex store operations; Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; Strong communication skills and commercial mindset; Digitally aware and open to new ways of working; Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients; Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage.Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven; Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skillsLanguage proficiency: Spanish and English are mandatory.
