This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape. You’ll joinCoating, Calendering, Assembly, Formation & Aging, or theQuality Laboratoryto ensure every cell meets the highest standards.In your day-to-day, you will:Performquality inspections and testsper control plan (first piece, in-process, final), record data ( SPC ), andescalate non-conformities .Operate and verify measurement/testing equipment(set-up, checks, basic calibrations) and apply5Sand area cleanliness.Collect and prepare samplesfor in-line and lab testing; review reports andfollow upon actions.Supportroot cause analysisandcountermeasure implementation, and carry outsorting/reworkwhen required.Contribute tointernal/external audits ,continuous improvement (CIP), and safety initiatives.What you bring to the teamVocational/technical educationin materials, chemistry, machining,
