You will work closely with our family and wedding suppliers, becoming our trusted local point of contact throughout the weekend.This is an operational support role rather than a lead wedding‑planning position. Every day will be different, and the successful candidate must be comfortable responding calmly and flexibly to changing requirements.Key dates and expected hoursThe core in‑person commitment will be:Friday 2 October:approximately 8–10 hoursSaturday 3 October:approximately 10–12 hoursSunday 4 October:approximately 10–12 hoursFinal start and finish times will be confirmed during the interview process. Appropriate breaks will be provided throughout each day.There will also be a small amount of paid preparation before the wedding, expected to include:One approximately one‑hour video call during AugustApproximately two to three hours of calls during September, potentially arranged as short weekly check‑insOccasional agreed support with local telephone calls,



supplier coordination or practical arrangementsThe exact pre‑wedding requirements will be discussed and agreed in advance.What you may be asked to doResponsibilities are likely to include:Running last‑minute errands around Seville using your own carPurchasing practical items such as additional ice, fruit, drinks or other suppliesCollecting and delivering items from local suppliersSpeaking with suppliers and making telephone calls in SpanishTranslating between English and SpanishHelping to set up simple signs, decorations or practical wedding itemsAssisting with guest, hotel or transport arrangementsHelping family members travel between locations when requiredAnswering practical questions from the family or guestsKeeping the family updated on tasks and arrangementsResponding calmly and resourcefully to unexpected issuesSome tasks may involve carrying light supplies, walking between locations and being on your feet for parts of the day.You must:Speakfluent SpanishHave a good level of spoken EnglishLive in or close to SevilleHave your own reliable car and a valid driving licenceKnow Seville and the surrounding area wellBe available for all three core wedding datesBe punctual, trustworthy and highly organisedCommunicate clearly and professionallyBe comfortable working independently and taking initiativeRemain calm,
