providing support for innovative medical technologies that help patients manage their health and stay connected with their healthcare teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Guide patients through the setup, use, and troubleshooting of remote monitoring and neuromodulation devices, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

• Build trusted relationships with customers by providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.

• Educate and train patients and healthcare professionals on Boston Scientific technologies and best practices.

• Partner with clinics to improve remote patient management processes.
