¡At Oesia Group, we are growing!We would like to count on you for our next job offer:We are looking foraTechnical Managerto join an important Project located inMadrid,Rivas-vaciamadrid.What are we looking for?Technical Manager, with aproximately 6years of experience.Availability to relocate to a stable project inMadrid,Rivas-vaciamadrid .Work Schedule: M-T: 9H //F: 5,5HRequirements:Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.Extensive experience in complextechnological environments, preferably in avionics, defence or aeronautical systems.Nice to have: Knowledge of avionics systems such as: Navigation, communications, mission, sensors and/or control.Embedded systems integration.Ability to lead multidisciplinary teamswith motivation, clarity and a results-oriented approach.Strategic vision, initiative and a focus on technical excellence.What will your responsibilities be?Lead a technicalteam, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.Assign tasks ,monitor workload, and support the resolution of technical blockers.Coordinate the design, development, integration, and validation of avionics systems.Manage the system lifecycle,
