You will work closely with international stakeholders and actively shape how we attract talent worldwide.Your key responsibilities include:Acting asGlobal System Ownerfor SAP SuccessFactors RecruitingManaging, optimizing, and continuously developing theSuccessFactors Recruiting modulePartnering closely withIT teams and HR stakeholdersacross global subsidiariesPlanning and leadingsystem upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rolloutsDesigning and implementingaglobal recruiting process,incl. reporting and KPIsIdentifying and introducinginnovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approachesto further optimize recruitingWhat you bring:ABachelor’s or Master’s degreein computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable fieldProven track record inrecruiting process and system optimizationon a global scaleExperience in working withSAP SuccessFactors Recruiting ,Curiosity and enthusiasm forfurther digital tools,
