At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Costumer Experience team to the next level.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Your main goal will be to grow your accounts through upselling and cross-selling, helping our customers centralize more of their processes within Factorial and get the most value out of our platform.
To achieve this, we don’t expect a reactive approach to customer management. We want you to understand their business, ask the right questions, identify their needs and turn them into growth opportunities.

What you'll do
Grow your portfolio
- Own the growth of your portfolio by identifying and closing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify which Factorial products and features can bring additional value to each customer.
- Help customers increase their use of Factorial and centralize more of their processes within the platform.
- Manage the full cycle of expansion opportunities, from identifying the need to closing the deal.
Manage your accounts consultatively
- Build strong relationships with your customers and understand their business, goals and key challenges.
- Hold regular meetings to follow up, build engagement, share product updates and, above all, discover new needs.
