Job DescriptionOur partner is looking for a Procurement Manager with an engineering background to manage commercial relationships with EMS partners and electronic component suppliers.The role focuses on supplier selection, commercial negotiation, cost control, logistics, supply continuity and procurement strategy across electronics and semiconductor manufacturing.Location: Barcelona, Spain, HybridLevel: MidResponsibilitiesDefine sourcing and supplier strategyLead RFQ and RFP processesSelect and manage EMS and component suppliersNegotiate pricing, contracts, SLAs and payment termsManage BOM cost, procurement budget and PPVSupport NPI, tooling, production pricing and volume rampManage supplier risk, lead times and capacityCoordinate logistics, customs and trade requirementsManage Last Time Buy, buffer stock and excess inventoryTrack procurement KPIs and supplier performanceSupport ECO cost analysis and commercial renegotiationEnsure supplier compliance and contractual protectionsRequirements5 to 8 years in procurement, sourcing or supply chainEngineering experience or strong technical engineering exposureElectronics, semiconductor or high tech manufacturing experienceEMS supplier experience,
