It focuses on forecasting, route planning, demand scheduling, and last mile delivery. We seek an Operations Manager with a proven track record of operational excellence to lead scalability efforts, develop strong processes and culture, and operate effectively in high ambiguity environments. This role offers opportunities for strategic thinking, innovation, and collaboration across teams to scale Central Operations.Key job responsibilitiesLead a team of Managers and Logistics Associates to optimize day-to-day operations and projects for EU CO, focusing on KPIs such as forecast accuracy and process adherence/improvement.Drive performance metrics, program scoping, rollout, compliance,
