If you have10+ years of estimating experiencein this specialized field and excel at analyzing production rates, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Performdetailed quantity take-offsandpreliminary pricingfor multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.Accurately estimateman-hour production ratesfor various formwork systems, placing, and finishing tasks, leveraging historical data.Analyze and interpret project specifications, drawings, and construction documents to prepare precise cost estimates.Utilize estimating software, includingExcel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff(experience with Model-Based Estimating is a plus).Collaborate with project managers, engineers,
