Responsibilities

Support the Customer Care team in its day-to-day operational and administrative activities, contributing to data analysis, reporting, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role: Support the Customer Care team in daily operational and administrative activities, helping to ensure smooth processes and efficient collaboration with different stakeholders.

Analyze departmental data, identify relevant trends and support the preparation of accurate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop valuable professional experience in a dynamic med-tech environment, strengthening your analytical, communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills while learning about industry trends and best practices.





Qualifications

You're the right fit if: Experience: You are motivated to gain practical experience in Customer Care and operational support activities in a professional environment.

Skills: You have good communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to organize information effectively.

Education: You have a High School Diploma and are currently enrolled as an active student at a University, College or Vocational Education institution.

Anything else: You are proactive, eager to learn and comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic and continuous-improvement-oriented environment.
