What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Operational Support: Assist the team in handling daily operational tickets, gaining hands-on experience with incident response and system troubleshooting.
- Infrastructure Management: Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
principles using Terraform and CloudFormation to manage our AWS environment.
- Observability: Help maintain and improve our monitoring stack ( Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk ) to ensure high availability and visibility into our services.
- Automation: Utilize Python and Bash to write scripts that automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual toil, and improve team efficiency.
- CI/CD Collaboration: Support the deployment pipelines via GitHub Actions , collaborating with various product and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Agile Participation: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to a fast-paced environment where stability and innovation go hand-in-hand.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Academic Background: Currently in your final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Technical Curiosity: A genuine interest in distributed systems
