What you'll earn
- €2,095 gross/month (full-time)
- Up to €150 gross/month performance bonus
- €750 relocation bonus
- Permanent contract, 2-month probation
Moving to Alicante from abroad? Even better.

What you'll get

What you'll do
You're the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers. You'll solve real problems (SIM setup, slow internet, TV box configuration) and recommend products and upgrades when they genuinely fit the customer's needs.
Your schedule
Rotating shifts across the week, including some evenings and weekends.
Who we're looking for
- Fluent-level Dutch (C2), written and spoken
- Working English (B1)
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Friendly, patient, solution-focused
- Legal right to live and work in Spain
No Customer Service experience needed.
