**The job**
You'll find creators, get them excited about our products, and keep the content coming. Some of them will be big names. Most will be regular people with a phone and a good eye. You'll own the whole process, from the first DM to the final video landing in our shared folder.

**What you'll do**
- Find UGC creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and creator platforms
- Reach out, negotiate rates, and get contracts and usage rights sorted
- Write short, clear briefs so creators know what we need
- Ship product samples and keep track of who has what
- Review content, give feedback, and make sure it's delivered on time
- Keep a creator roster with notes on who's reliable and whose content performs




- Work with our ads and social team to see which videos actually sell, and do more of that

**What we're looking for**
- 2+ years working with creators, influencers or UGC (agency or brand side)
- You already know where to find good creators and can spot one quickly
- You're organized. You can juggle 30 creators without dropping anyone
- You write clear, friendly messages that people reply to
- You're comfortable talking money and pushing back when needed
- Bonus: experience with e-commerce or Amazon brands
