, we’re growing fast - and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
- Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
- Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.




- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French and English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- A passion for helping customers.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
- A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

What We Offer
- Start Date: November 16th, 2026.
- Contract: Fixed-Term 4 months with posibility for extension (1 month probation).
- Part-Time Options: 25hrs per week.
- Available Schedules: Tuesday to Friday 15:15-20:15 and Saturdays 8:45-12:45 // Monday to Friday 8:45-13:45.
- Salary: €18,900 gross per year pro rated.
- Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
- Training: Full-Time Training for 8 days - 10 to 19hs Monday to Friday.
- Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
