What you will do?
- Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, pipeline visibility and external partner follow-up.
- Maintain HR reporting trackers, ensuring data quality, consistency and regular updates for HRBP and leadership reviews.
- Prepare meeting materials, pre-reads, structured notes and follow-up trackers to support HRBP stakeholder meetings and management reporting.
- Contribute to the local rollout of Group-driven HR and organizational design projects by coordinating stakeholders, collecting data and drafting implementation plans.
- Support employee experience, talent management and training initiatives, including local HR-led events, training coordination, feedback collection and completion tracking.Profile description:

- You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
- You are interested in HR operations, recruitment, transformation projects, people data and employee experience topics.
- You are structured, reliable and comfortable managing trackers,



reporting files and follow-up actions.
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can adapt your communication in a multicultural environment.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish; French or another European language would be a plus.
