100 Senior Mobile Software Engineers
globally across
Native iOS (Swift), Native Android (Kotlin), and Cross-Platform (React Native / Flutter)
to create reinforcement learning (RL) benchmark environments for frontier AI coding models.

In this role, you will design complex, real-world mobile coding challenges—spanning multi-file architectural refactors, tricky lifecycle bugs, asynchronous state race conditions, and performance profiling—and write automated deterministic verifiers that validate model code execution.

$50 – $100 / hour (Output-based per approved task)

~15 hours/week (Completely flexible hours; pick your own days/weekends)

What You’ll Do
- Design challenging,



production-grade mobile problems based on realistic repositories and architectures.
- Build reproducible local/containerized environments and write
deterministic verifiers
that programmatically test and grade model-submitted code.
- Expose common LLM mobile failure modes: state retention bugs, lifecycle mismanagement, thread-blocking calls, and UI jank.
- Author canonical golden reference solutions for every created challenge.

What You Need
- Deep, senior-level production experience in
iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), or Cross-Platform (React Native/Flutter)
.
- Mastery of mobile app architecture (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture), state machines, concurrency, and native lifecycles.
- Strong debugging instincts and automated testing experience (unit testing, mocking, deterministic assertion design).
- Ability to work autonomously in a versátil, output-driven environment.
