Fast-growing, profitable technology company, part of an international group, is looking for a
Finance Manager
.

Key responsibilities:
- Monthly financial reporting to group under demanding standards: closing packages, intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments
- Day-to-day communication in English with the group finance team
- Business partner to management: analysis of business performance, KPIs and decision-making support
- Supervision and review of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Preparation of the P&L; and balance sheet
- General ledger control under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and filing of the corresponding tax returns
- Budget and forecast follow-up, including variance analysis
- Treasury management and relationships with banks
- Oversight of the invoicing process
- Coordination with external advisors and auditors
- Active involvement in improvement projects,



including the potential implementation of a new ERP

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to reporting to an international group or parent company
- Fluent English (spoken and written); it will be the daily working language
- Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience; experience in system migrations or implementations is a plus
- Proactive profile, eager to take on challenges and lead projects
